By downloading or using Anota Dominó (the “App”) you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What the App is

Anota Dominó is a tool for keeping score in domino games. It is not a domino game, it offers no betting, and it handles no real money or prizes of any kind.

2. License

MangelDevs grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer the App.

3. Your data and your games

Games are stored on your device only. You are responsible for your own information: if you uninstall the App, switch phones or clear the app data, your games are lost and we cannot recover them.

4. Scoring accuracy

Voice scoring and photo pip counting are automated aids and can be wrong (background noise, poor light, overlapping tiles). Always check the result before accepting it: the final score is the players’ responsibility.

5. Advertising

The App is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites or apps an ad may link to.

6. Third-party links

The App and this site link to Domikapikua, our online domino game, and to other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the App — design, text, icons and code — belongs to MangelDevs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

8. Warranty and liability

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, MangelDevs is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App, including the loss of saved games.

9. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
